Ollie's wife, Renee, joined the sales staff in 1984 and has had a very successful 24 years in real estate. A military wife for nearly 30 years and mother of six children prior to joining the firm, Renee brought strong organizational and sales skills to the office and she has only recently decided to enjoy semi-retirement as a part-time broker. In the mid-nineties, son Jack took over the business operations of Dutton Real Estate, until his retirement in 2006. Jack's son is a member of the U.S. Army and his daughter and 2 grandchildren reside in Virginia.

Randi Dutton

In January, 2007, daughter Randi Dutton became the newest owner of Dutton Real Estate. Having lived in Michigan for several years and worked for franchise real estate firms there, Randi is happy to be back in Maine returning to the area of New England she has enjoyed as a vacationer since childhood.

"I look forward to a long and productive future in the company that my parents started nearly 3 decades ago. Jeanne Bonner, Associate Broker

Jeanne Bonner
Jeanne's knowledge of the real estate market in the surrounding towns of western Maine dates back to 1991 when she first joined Dutton Real Estate. Her love of our lakes, mountains and country living is contagious and customers and clients are quickly confident in her ability to locate the ideal property for them.

For 17 years she successfully managed our waterfront vacation rental homes inventory on Kezar Lake, Keewaydin Lake and Horseshoe Pond. Her commitment to matching vacationers with the appropriate vacation properties contributed to our list of satisfied renters from all over the world.

It was our very good fortune that Jeanne decided to become a licensed real estate agent several years ago and now stays busy as a full-time Associate Broker. Jeanne's positive, conscientious approach when assisting Dutton Real Estate customers and clients in buying and selling "that perfect property" has made her an essential member of our sales staff.

Jeanne lives in nearby Sweden with her husband of 20 years, Joe, and their two sons, Nick and Kyle. Call Jeanne and see what a difference the right agent can make for you!
